Kids Yoga

Ages 3-5 I teach about class basics, breath, movement and stillness with silliness and fun,

Ages 6-12 I teach about different breaths, about the why we do yoga, and reflecting inward.

Chair Yoga

45 minutes of Chair yoga is perfect for anyone with limited mobility. During this class we will focus on learning many breathing techniques, movement with offered modifications, and relaxation.

Yoga on the farm

Yoga on the farm is very special. We are in the elements, we get dirt on our clothes in Savasana and we experience the energy of the animals. This class is an energy focused practice focused on breath and connection with movement and a bit of relaxation at the end with chickens running over you. All ages. All levels. Great for grounding!

Women's Fireside Yoga and Wine

Women's Fireside Yoga includes 60 minutes of slow flow yoga by the fire, community building, full body cleanse and intention setting.

Rise and Shine Yoga with a Shake

Start your day with 60 of yoga followed by a delicious, nutritious shake.

Create your own class

I am available to host a yoga class tailored to your needs. I have taught at schools, farms, gyms, community events, health fairs, lunch time corporate yoga, mom groups, and playdates. Send me and email to connect. I am open to new opportunities.

Every Body Yoga

60 minutes of breath, movement and relaxation. Feel the Yin and the Yang through my guided salutations, mini flow, edge, and Yin before our resting pose Savasana. All levels, Age 18+

Postnatal Mommy and Me

45 minutes of breath and connection with your baby. Our babies find their calm in us. Bring your baby ages 3-12 months to find the calm together. Please note this class is anything but calm (crying babies OK, grumpy babies OK, eating babies OK, exploring babies OK) therefore it gives us opportunities to use the tools we learn in this class to come back to the calm from the chaos.

Family Yoga

Come one, come all to Family Yoga for all ages, all levels. 60 minutes of breath, movement and relaxation for everyone. Fair warning, we will make animal sounds and have a lot of fun with a mid-class dance party

Kid Kamp

Kids Kamp is for ages 7-12 and includes 2 hours of movement, social emotional learning, and fun!

Half Day Reset

Only a few times a year I host the "Half Day Reset". This starts with a sunrise meet up of like minded people, sun salutations and breath work. We will take a short, local hike followed by 60 minutes of yoga. Make sure to bring a snack, water, and a journal.

Guided Meditation

I offer group and individual Guided Meditation. In a group setting I use Yin yoga poses and breath work.  In an individual session you will be on a bodywork table covered in blankets and support with pillows as I guide you through your breath and meditation.
